Chow mein is one of the main foods in China made from noodles. Chow mein is a food that comes from the Canton area, cooked by frying noodles until completely dry. This food is one of the most popular foods in China. Eating Chow Mein will cause its own sensation due to the crisp taste resulting from dry fried noodles. Chow Mein is generally served with sauteed beef or chicken meat with a mixture of stir-fried vegetables.
